Det är nu satt att det kommer att vara 40 platser på resan. Urvalet (vem kan åka?) bland de anmälda kommer att ske genom lottning. Anledningen till detta är att trycket på resan är väldigt högt och vi anser därför att det är mest rättvist att lotta ut platserna, så alla medlemmar har samma chans att komma med.
Så: Från och med nu är anmälan öppen och anmälan kommer att stänga den 30 januari. Efter den 30 januari kommer vi att dra lott bland de namn som anmält intresse och kommer sedan att meddela alla som kommit med. Om man kommer med så måste man betala och lämna visauppgifter den 2 februari. Om man inte betalar och skickar in sina papper den 2 februari, så går platsen vidare till nästa person på listan. It is now decided that there will be 40 places available for the trip. The selection (Who can join?) among the registration will be carried out by lottery. The reason for having a lottery is that there is a high demand for spots, and we have decided that the lottery is the best way to assure that all members have the same chance.
So: starting now, registration for the lottery is open, and will close on January 30th. After January 30th we will draw names from those who have emailed to sign up and we will send a message to all who are chosen. If you are selected, you must pay and hand in your visa information on February 2nd. If you don’t pay and hand in your visa information by February 2nd, we will give the spot to the next name drawn from the lottery.
