Det finns en hel del detaljer att ha i åtanke när man ansöker om visa till Ryssland. Nedan förljer information från Ryska ambassaden hemsida. Om du kommer med på resan så måste du lämna dessa uppgifter till oss senast den 2 februari.

1. ALLMAN INFORMATION
Handlingar for ett visum ska lamnas till konsulara avdelningen personligen, via ombud, viserings- eller turistbyraer.
Enligt Ryska Federationens lagstiftning och princip om omsesidighet tar Konsulara avdelningen av Ryska Federationens Ambassad och Ryska Federationens Generalkonsulat i Goteborg ar inte emot visumansokningar per post. Visumansokan kan inte accepteras om passinnehavare inte befinner sig i det land dar ansokan inlamnades.
VIKTIGT! Viseringsforfarandet satts i gang forst sedan alla erforderliga handlingar ingetts till den konsulara avdelningen.Vi accepterar inte handlingar som skickats till konsulara avdelningen per fax eller per post.
Foljande handlingar ska lamnas in for att fa visum oavsett dess kategori:
1.1 Ett fullstandigt ifyllt visumformular (finns att ta vid informationsdisken eller att ladda ned har. Visumformular skall undertecknas och dateras personligen av den sokande.
Observera att du maste svara pa alla fragor i visumformularet och texta pa ryska eller engelska. Ofullstandigt ifyllt visumformular handlaggs inte. Visumformular med rattelser handlaggs inte. Man kan ombes att lamna alla nodvandiga handlingar for att bevisa innehallet i blanketten.
1.2 Ett giltigt nationalpass (bara i original och som innehaller minst tva tomma sidor). Passet maste fortsatta galla minst sex manader efter visumets forfallodag.
Observera att skador pa passets sidor (i synnerhet sidan med foto) far till foljd att visumansokan avslas.
1.3 Ett aktuellt passfoto (35 x 45 mm) av den sokande fastes vid ovre hogra hornet av visumformularet. Fotona skall vara:
a) valliknande och inte aldre an 6 manader, hela ansiktet maste synas;
b) tagna utan huvudbonad eller nagot skydd;
c) tagna rakt mot en jamn ljus bakgrund.
Foton som inte uppnar dessa krav accepteras inte.
1.4 En betald reseforsakring (i form av ett brev undertecknat av en auktoriserad person) giltig i Ryssland, som innehaller den sokandes namn och visumets giltighetsperiod.
Observera att giltighetsperioden skall tacka hela perioden av den planerade resan till Ryssland. For ett multipelt visum skall reseforsakringens giltighetsperiod skall tacka minst 90 dagar av vistelsen i Ryssland under forsta 180 dagar av visumets giltighetsperiod.
Konsulara avdelningen forbehaller sig ratten att bjuda in den sokande for en intervju och stalla fragor om personliga, finansiella, affarsmassiga och korporativa forehavanden, samt om dennes ryska kontakter, partners och anhoriga.
Observera att den konsulare tjanstemannen avgor hur lang handlaggningstid av ens visum som behovs. Handlaggningstiden kan forlangas med till 30 arbetsdagar utan meddelande om detta.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Documents for a visa should be submitted to the Consular Section personally, through some other person or a visa or travel agency.
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the principle of reciprocity the Consular Section of the Embassy and the General Consulate of the Russian Federation in Gothenburg don’t accept visa applications by post. Visa applications cannot be accepted if a passport-holder is not present in the country where the application is submitted.
IMPORTANT! Visa processing starts only after you have submitted to the Consular section all the documents required. We do not accept any documents, which have been sent to the Consular section by fax or by post.
The following documents should be submitted in order to obtain a visa regardless of its category:
1.1. Fully completed visa application form (please collect one at the information desk or download here (visa application form) . An application form should be signed and dated by the Applicant personally. Please note that you are to answer ALL the questions in the visa application form in Russian or English in block letters. Incomplete application forms would not been accepted. Any corrections in the application forms would not been accepted. You can be asked to submit all necessary documents to substantiate information given in the application form.
1.2. Valid national passport (original only and it should have at least two blank pages). It must be valid not less than six months after the expiry date of the visa.
IMPORTANT! Any damage of any page of the Applicant’s passport (especially of the page with a photograph) will result in the rejection of a visa application.
1.3. One recent passport-sized photograph (35 x 45mm) of an Applicant, stapled to the upper right corner of an application form. The photograph must be:
a) of true likeness and not more than 6 months old; showing full face;
b) taken without headgear, head coverings and hats;
c) taken against a plain, evenly lit light background.
Photographs that do not meet these requirements won’t be accepted.
1.4. Paid travel insurance (in the form of a letter signed by an authorized officer) valid in Russia containing Applicant’s name and the period of validity.
Please note that the validity period should cover the whole planned trip to Russia. For multiple-entry visas the validity period of the insurance should cover not less than 90 days of staying in Russia during the period of first 180 days of the validity of the visa.
The Consular section reserves the right to invite applicants for an interview and ask questions about personal, financial, business or corporate-related issues, as well as about their Russian contacts, partners and relatives.
Be informed, that the consular officer determines the period of processing your visa application. The period of processing can be prolonged up to 30 working days without a notification.
